Current position: Reynolds Lab Manager
As Lab Manager, I am involved in much of the day to day running of our lab and field program. I organize sample processing, supervise lab techs, maintain lab and field equipment, and manage datasets for our long-term projects. In particular, I am involved in field work and data management for our ongoing inventory of salmon escapement on streams in our study area around Bella Bella, in Heiltsuk Territory on the Central Coast of BC. I am currently collaborating with other lab members on several projects, including how marine nutrient subsidies affect food web pathways in coastal ecosystems, and assessing science-based conservation policy in Canada.
